Mia Belle Frothingham is a 17-year-old peace leader who travels on charitable missions around the world to help underprivileged communities. Mia also serves as a key note speaker to national and international charitable peace events and stop-bullying campaigns.
In 2006, at the early age of 7, Mia started to pursue her efforts as a peace leader by creating a project in 2nd grade to promote awareness and assistance of people in need around the globe. At the age of 9, Mia created the My Peace Planet website to promote ideas and projects to reach world peace through specific charitable programs.
Throughout the years, Mia enrolled herself into different non-profit charitable organizations to enhance her leadership skills and promote human rights. On September 2014, inspired by the GenUN, Mia created a Community Chapter to support the main purposes of the United Nations. Mia has also been an Editorial Contributor to different magazines and numerous publications.
Mia’s humanitarian activities have defined her life as a world public leader inspired by the belief that in order to help communities in need and to achieve world peace, we need to start with small steps to reach big goals. Mia states that every time people promote human rights and help people in need, they are taking that little step to contribute reaching to those big changes that we all want to see in the world.
